First of all I want to thank you for the absolutely wonderful, and refreshing customer service you provide.  I can honestly say I have never before had a purchase delivered where the seller actually called on the day of delivery to make sure the item arrived safe and to my satisfaction.  You sir, are a rarity, and the world is all the better to have souls like you in it.  Now on to the table.  Oh my goodness, it’s gorgeous, even better than I imagined.  I couldn’t be happier, and I can already see all of the meals to come, as my children grow older around this table.  It is quite clear that this table will be around long after I am gone.  The grandkids will be fighting over it, to be sure.  It is as solidly built as I have ever seen, and was crated so carefully, there was no way it could have been damaged short of it’s falling completely  off the truck.  I really can’t thank you enough.  It makes me feel so wonderful to know the real work, sweat and love you personally put into this special table for my family.  And, also to know that by purchasing it, I have helped a craftsman keep his art alive.  It seems that in this world we live in, people want to own so much, and it all means so little to them.  Thank you for giving me something that means so much to me.

Dear Mr. Hawley,

       I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we love our Pine Trestle Table. It already looks old (that's a compliment!) and that's exactly what we wanted. And, the stain shade really looks nice with our black chairs and pine kitchen cabinets and hutches. My husband and the shipping company driver both commented on how well the table was packed. Our interior decorator (there's no other way to say that without sounding snobbish!) was very impressed with the table. I appreciate you always getting back to me to answer my questions and checking in and following up when it was time for the table to be delivered. Great customer service!

        Thanks for the email. My apologies for not reaching out to you sooner. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new table. It is absolutely fantastic. It's clear that you are a true craftsman. We can't wait until our dining room is finished (we're waiting on molding to be installed, walls ceiling and molding to be painted, window treatments to be installed, etc) The table absolutely makes the room. We can't thank you enough. We may actually come back to you to buy another table or two. We have several family members that were in town for Thanksgiving and they were raving about the table.

Scott--yes...the Huntboard arrived Friday evening in perfect condition, and looks great! The craftsmanship is outstanding and the hardware really works well with the piece. I've been meaning to take a photo of the table and Huntboard together for your album, but keep forgetting about it. I'll try to do that this weekend.
